Many thanks to our Clients and Friends who submitted our names to Sarasota Magazine for consideration. The Surveys were sent to Sarasota area residents who recently purchased a home over $150,000 (more than 7,000 households) within a 12 month period (5/2010—5/2011) and 1000 subscribers of Sarasota Magazine. An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies.  They were asked to evaluated Real Estate Agents based on Customer Service, Integrity, Market knowledge, Communication, Negotiations, Closing Preparation, Marketing of the home and overall satisfaction. This year’s list of “FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction” Real Estate Agents represents less than 5% of agents in the Sarasota area.
